Schedule Bluesky posts with links that stay clickable

Write the post once, pick the time, and JuzPost publishes it while you are doing something else. Links, mentions and hashtags are tagged so they still work when the post lands.

7 day free trial. Cancel any time during the trial and you pay nothing.

One post, every account

Upload once and send it to your Bluesky account and every other network in the same action. No re-uploading the same file over and over.

Your timezone, your slots

Set the workspace timezone once. Every time you type is that timezone, on every device, with saved posting times as one-tap picks.

One price, not per channel

Your plan counts connected accounts in total, across every network. Adding Bluesky does not add a line to your bill.

Built for the way Bluesky works

Bluesky has its own rules. JuzPost already knows them.

Character counting, clickable links and where your account is hosted all work differently here. The composer handles that, so a post you queued does not land broken.

Links and mentions

Your links come out clickable, not grey text

Bluesky stores no markup. A link is only clickable if the tool attaches a facet pointing at the exact byte range the link occupies. JuzPost builds those facets for links, @mentions and hashtags, measured in UTF-8 bytes, so an emoji earlier in the post does not shift the link onto the wrong characters. Without it, the post looks published and the link is dead.

  • Facets attached for links, @mentions and hashtags
  • A mistyped @handle drops to plain text instead of failing the post
  • A different caption per account, not just per platform

Connecting

An app password, never your real one

Bluesky connects with your handle and an app password, so there is no redirect and no consent screen. JuzPost never accepts your main Bluesky password. It refuses anything that is not in the four-by-four app password format, checked in the browser and again on the server. The app password signs you in once and is not stored. Only the session is kept.

  • Revoke it from Bluesky any time, without changing your real password
  • An app password cannot delete your account or change your email
  • Self-hosted accounts work, resolved through your DID document

Scheduling

A month of Bluesky posts, planned in one sitting

Batch the whole month, drop each post on a day, and leave. Scheduling runs on our own servers, so nothing depends on your laptop being awake at 8am on a Saturday. The earliest you can set a post is 5 minutes out.

  • Month and week views, filtered by account
  • Set a language tag so the post is not dropped from filtered feeds
  • Scheduled, posted, drafts and failed in one list

FAQ

Bluesky, specifically.

The questions people actually ask before they connect an account.

Why an app password instead of a login button?

Because that is how Bluesky works. You give JuzPost your handle and an app password, and there is no redirect round-trip. JuzPost never accepts your main Bluesky password and refuses anything that is not in the four-by-four app password format, checked in the browser and again on the server. The app password is used once to sign in and is never stored, only the session is kept. You can revoke it from Bluesky at any time without changing your real password, and an app password cannot delete your account or change your email.

How long can a Bluesky post be?

300 characters, counted in grapheme clusters, so a family emoji counts as one character rather than several. There is also a 3,000 byte ceiling that catches long emoji and non-Latin captions before they fail. JuzPost checks both, and our free Bluesky character counter measures the same way.

Will the link in my post be clickable?

Yes, and it is worth knowing why that is not automatic. Bluesky stores no markup. A link is only clickable if the tool attaches a facet pointing at the exact byte range. JuzPost builds facets for links, @mentions and hashtags, measured in UTF-8 bytes, so an emoji earlier in the post does not shift the link onto the wrong characters. A mistyped @handle degrades to plain text instead of failing the whole post.

What can I attach to a post?

Up to 4 images per post at 2MB each, in JPEG, PNG, WebP or GIF. Video is MP4 only, up to 100MB, and goes out on its own rather than alongside images.

Anything to know before I schedule a video?

Bluesky limits how many videos you can upload per day. JuzPost asks Bluesky for your remaining allowance before uploading anything, so if you are out you get Bluesky's own message rather than a guess. Accounts on bsky.social also need a verified email before their first video upload.

Does my self-hosted account work?

Yes. JuzPost resolves your handle to your DID, reads your DID document, and posts to whichever server it names, so an account that does not live on bsky.social publishes exactly the same way. Only video transcoding goes through Bluesky's shared video service, which is how Bluesky itself works.

Put Bluesky on a schedule.

Connect your handle with an app password, batch a month of posts, and let the links look after themselves. Seven days free.
