2 social accounts
- Up to 15 posts queued at once
- Schedule up to 30 days ahead
- 1 workspace
- Every network except X
Write the caption once, pick the time, and JuzPost publishes it to your Instagram professional account while you are doing something else. The same upload goes to every other network you post to.
7 day free trial. Cancel any time during the trial and you pay nothing.
Upload once and send it to your Instagram account and every other network in the same action. No re-uploading the same file over and over.
Set the workspace timezone once. Every time you type is that timezone, on every device, with saved posting times as one-tap picks.
Your plan counts connected accounts in total, across every network. Adding Instagram does not add a line to your bill.
Built for the way Instagram works
Feed posts, carousels, Reels and Stories each publish differently, and each has its own limits. The composer handles the difference so you are not reading Meta's developer docs at 11pm.
Composer
The post that works on X in 280 characters is not the caption that works on Instagram. Write the base version, then override the wording for Instagram alone. The base text is never touched, so every other network keeps what you wrote.

New single origin lands Friday. Washed Ethiopian, jasmine and stone fruit, roasted the morning it ships.
We took 40 kilos of this lot and it will not sit around, so pre-orders open at 9am on the site, and the first 20 bags ship with a free filter pack.

Reels
A Reel that is the wrong length or the wrong shape gets rejected at publish time, hours after you stopped thinking about it. Instagram takes 3 seconds to 15 minutes, MP4 or MOV, up to 300MB, and it wants 9:16. JuzPost shows you the frame, the length and the aspect ratio up front, and lets you pick the cover by scrubbing the video.

Carousels
Instagram's publishing API caps a carousel at 10 items. The app itself lets you add 20 by hand, but every scheduling tool publishes through the API, so 10 is the honest number. Build the carousel, set the order, drop it on a day and leave. Scheduling runs on our own servers, so nothing depends on your laptop being awake at 8am on a Saturday.

FAQ
The questions people actually ask before they connect an account.
Yes. Instagram only allows publishing to a professional account, which means Business or Creator. A personal account cannot be published to by JuzPost or by any other tool, because Instagram does not offer that. Switching is free, takes about a minute in the Instagram app settings, and you can switch back. Instagram also publishes media from a public URL rather than from a local file, which JuzPost handles for you.
2,200 characters, which is what our free Instagram character counter measures against. The number that actually matters is the fold. About 125 characters show before the "…more" link, so put the hook in the first line and let the detail run after it.
Instagram's publishing API accepts up to 30 hashtags and 20 @ mentions in one caption, so that is the hard ceiling. Instagram's own help pages now point at far fewer than 30, and that guidance has moved more than once, so treat 30 as a limit rather than a target. Write the tags that describe the post and stop there.
Ten. The Instagram app lets you add 20 by hand, but the publishing API caps a carousel at 10 items, and every scheduling tool goes through that API. Ten is the number to plan around. A carousel counts as one post, not as ten.
Reels run 3 seconds to 15 minutes, MP4 or MOV, H.264 or HEVC video with AAC audio, 23 to 60 fps, up to 300MB, and 9:16 is the shape to aim for. Feed images are JPEG only, up to 8MB, between 4:5 and 1.91:1, 320 to 1440 pixels wide, in sRGB. Stories take an image or a video up to 60 seconds, and Instagram does not accept a caption on a Story. JuzPost publishes the file you give it, so export inside those numbers.
Instagram allows 100 published posts per account in a rolling 24 hours, and a carousel counts as one of them. That sits well above a normal posting rhythm. For comparison, Instagram's own built-in scheduler stops at 25 posts a day and 30 days ahead. The only other timing rule is a 5 minute minimum lead time.
